How do I reset my password?

Open the GScience app and tap Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a one-time password (OTP) to reset it.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at kksarat@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Account" from your registered email address. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

The app is not loading news articles. What should I do?

Check your internet connection and try pulling down to refresh the feed. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app. For ongoing problems, email us at kksarat@gmail.com with your device model and app version.

How do I save articles to read later?

Tap the bookmark icon on any article to save it to your Favorites. You can access all saved articles from the Favorites tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Is GScience available on both iOS and Android?

Yes. GScience Research News is available on the Apple App Store (iOS 13 and above) and Google Play Store (Android 5.0 and above). Search for "GScience Research News" in either store.
